Spinach Dip

  • 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 C. May
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts - chopped
  • 1 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
  • 3 green onions - finely chopped

Squeeze spinach until dry with paper towels. In a bowl, stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
