- 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
- 1 C. May
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts - chopped
- 1 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
- 3 green onions - finely chopped
Squeeze spinach until dry with paper towels. In a bowl, stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
